REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGES
Items purchased at the Maryum & Masooma E-Store can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase. The invoice or bill number must be shown at the time of exchange.
Replacement, or exchange of items can only be processed if you receive an order with items that have a manufacturing defect, incorrect size/style, or are damaged. Prior to shipping the return to Maryum & Masooma, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order by hand, emailing at maryummasooma.official@gmail.com for the replacement or exchange to be processed. Images need to be provided of the damage and are subject to a video conference to determine the eligibility to return. If approved, you may ship your item to Maryum & Masooma for replacement, or exchange, at your cost.
All exchange will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If we find that the items are washed, used, damaged, or not in their original state, we will not consider the item for replacement, or exchange.
We will not consider replacements, or exchanges if the customer sends items without notifying Maryum & Masooma E-Store by calling or emailing Customer Services.
Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact for replacement, or exchange to be processed. Sale items cannot be exchanged or replaced.
