Once an order is placed, it is validated and forwarded to the processing department. Typically, it takes about 2-4 working days for the order to be shipped once the order is ready.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT:
If your order is lost in transit, Maryum & Masooma.com will investigate with the shipping carrier. This process may take 2-3 days. If the package is still not located, we will issue or offer a replacement.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Prices may vary from courier to courier.
CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES:
Maryum & Masooma.com has no control over customs duties or taxes applied by the country of the international customer. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by the respective country will be borne by the customer. Maryum & Masooma.com shall not be responsible for any taxes or import duties.
PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD:
Orders placed through credit card, or any other online payment system must undergo a fraud status check and will only be processed once cleared by our payment processor. The order will be considered canceled if the fraud status is not passed. Also, payments will be verified via WhatsApp or email before processing the order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
To exchange, or replace your product, the Replacement & Exchange policy applies. After communicating with the customer service representative direct you to the next step.
Customer Care Address
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
By agreeing to use our recommended logistics services, you acknowledge that we have no control over the functionality and effectiveness of the shipment and delivery services. We will not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any delay or failure in the delivery of the products. You agree to discharge, without limitation, the Company, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising due to interrupted, erroneous, or negligent logistics services.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may not cancel your once payment is received. We are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information via email. After a product is shipped, the Replacement and Exchange Policy will apply. Maryum & Masooma may cancel orders for any reason, including:
- The item is out of stock
- Defective
- Pricing errors
- If the credit card payment is declined
- Miscellaneous reasons
